Alex here and I've been asked about Skema's morphing function how does it work and how do

you use it so the best case to use Skema's morphing function is when you're manually

creating a floor layout you're trying to bring in units from your catalog to fit a space and

you just can't for whatever reason maybe the space is too big maybe the geometry of

the space does not match any unit within your catalog whatever it may be this is a perfect

time to use the morphing function so what I can do is select the free for massing Tool and then

create the mass of the unit I want within the open space and then I'm going to select

the mass and look at the area of it so this area is 751 square ft and I want to match it

closest to one of the units within my catalog so the closest unit in size to this space is

the one bed two person unit name is a20 and the area is 672 square ft so to insert this into my

space I'm going to select a20 and I'm going to just hit the insert button and then you

can see the 672 square ft unit has been morphed and stretched into this new 751 square ft unit.
