Charlie Cichetti
Chief Executive Officer + Co-Founder
LEED Fellow, WELL AP
Charlie is proud to be one of the leaders in the green building industry. He has built a career around green building services, and leads three companies that hold sustainability leadership as a core value — Sustainable Investment Group (SIG), Green Building Education Services (GBES), Blue Ocean AEC, and Skema. These companies allow Charlie the opportunity to put his high-level LEED expertise and accreditation to work. He has led many green building projects (over 50 Million SF of LEED/ENERGY STAR/Cx-RCx) to LEED Gold, and even a few to the highest mark: Platinum. He has facilitated online and in-person training sessions that have helped tens of thousands of professionals obtain LEED accreditation.

Marty Rozmanith
Chief Technology Officer + Co-Founder
Marty Rozmanith is an entrepreneur and building design/construct professional with a 30+ year career in transforming the building industry. As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Skema, Marty leads the team developing the Skema Software Suite, the world’s first BIM Knowledge Reuse Engine.
Marty’s career is a solid mix of technology startups and global software behemoths that give him a unique perspective on the AEC industry. Prior to joining Skema, Marty spent ten years at Dassault Systemes as Global Sales Director and Strategy Director for AEC. Marty is best known for his role leading the requirements team for the Revit product (acquired by Autodesk). His work applying modular approaches and digital twins in AEC has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes magazine and other professional journals. Marty holds a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering (BAE) from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University.

Richard Harpham
Chief Revenue Officer + Co-Founder
Richard Harpham has experienced most of the highs and lows of bringing disruptive technology to developers, designers and contractors. He was an early hire at the start-up, Revit Inc., and then after Revit was acquired by Autodesk, spent nine years helping to bring it and a ‘new’ concept of BIM to the U.S. market. At the same time, he also lead global marketing for AutoCAD and all Autodesk AEC products. More recently, at Katerra, he led software strategy to support transformational changes in how buildings are designed, engineered, and delivered.

Kristina Bach
President + Co-Founder

As President at Skema, Kristina provides insights into emerging trends, software, and technology within the built environment. Her focus is on developing new resources and cultivating new opportunities to better support our clients in meeting their sustainability initiatives. Kristina utilizes her background in the traditional architectural design and construction realm to help clients integrate sustainability practices within their projects. Her pragmatic approach to certification ensures that clients are incorporating the practices that will best serve their organization’s needs and goals. As a former LEED Reviewer for GBCI, Kristina has helped hundreds of projects achieve LEED certification. Additionally, her project management experience extends to guiding projects through various other sustainability systems including WELL, Living Building Challenge and local standards.

Arol Wolford
Co-Founder
Arol Wolford is a BIM pioneer, and a passionate advocate for efficient building design. He currently serves as Co-Founder and Board Member at Skema and Founder and Executive Board Member at VIM. Arol founded Construction Market Data (CMD), a global building information company, growing it from 5 to 1300 employees by 2000 when Reed Elsevier acquired it. He was an original board member at Revit Technology Corporation, acquired by Autodesk in 2002. In 2003, he founded SmartBIM, a creator of Revit Objects. Arol is an honorary member of the AIA and the first non-architect on the AIA 150 Board. In 1999, he received the Construction Specification Institute (CSI)President’s Award.
